Troubleshooting

If you are using the RealOne™ player and are having trouble viewing the above video, please try the following:

Vertical Lines - If you are seeing vertical lines instead of an image, you should download all of the updates from the Real site.

Black Box - If you are seeing a black box, you may have a hardware configuration problem.   There are two possible solutions to this problem:

1. Right click in the black box and from the pop-up menu, select "Play in RealOne Player".   The player should appear and play the video correctly.
2. Open the RealOne™ player and select Tools / Preferences / Hardware.  In this window, disable the checkbox labeled "Use Optimized Video Display".
